Ingredient:
Pacific West Tempura Fish Fillets................................1 - 2 number
Jajangmyeon Black Bean Paste...............................................2 tbsp
Yellow Onion dice......................................................................1 number
Spring Onion Slice............................................................................1 stalk
Chicken Breast cube.........................................................................100g
Ginger Mince.........................................................................................1 tsp
Oyster Sauce........................................................................................1 tsp
Sugar...............................................................................................To Taste
Soy Sauce.....................................................................................To Taste
Chicken Seasoning....................................................................To Taste
Water.....................................................................................½ small bowl
Cornstarch Liquid..................................................................To Thicken
Jajangmyeon Noodle.....Amount varies based on serving size
Steps:
First heat a pan with little oil ,and place in the black bean paste. Slightly stir fry the paste , then remove from heat and ready to use.
Heat up another pan with black bean paste's oil , then place in the chicken breast meat , Ginger and stir fry abit brown.
Continue add in the spring onion , onion, and continue stir fry until fragrant.
Then add in the black bean paste stir well , then continue add in water and let it simmer.
in another hand blanch the jajangmyeon noodles for ready to use.
Add in Oyster sauce , then continue soy sauce to taste.
Ready the cornstarch liquid and slightly thicken the sauce, then remove from heat.
On another hand deep fry Tempura Fish Fillet with 180'c , 5-6 min.
Ready a plate and place the jajamyeon noodle on plate , then scoop the Jajangmyeon sauce and pour on the noodle.
Then place the Tempura Fish Fillet on the noodle, and lastly place some spring onion as a top garnish and ready to serve !
